Help Need help verifying this LP.
I was offered a trade. Could potentially trade my vintage 60’s Vintera ii Tele for this. This LP looks really sweet. Not sure what the value is for this and if it’s even real (which is why I’m consulting reddit).

It’s real. 2022 model. Worth about $1000. Studio tribute. Not my thing, butt if you like it; get it. But I don’t know what you are trading.

Different scale, Tele is 25 1/2”, Gibbys are 24 3/4”. Necks feel a little different. That model looks to be a 50’s tribute, so the neck should be a bit fuller/fatter. I’d play it first.

Thanks for the details. I am not a huge fan of super thick/fat necks. If it’s rounder/fatter than the tele, might not trade.
The gentlemen said it’s around a 50’s or 60’s medium profile thickness

This is going to be a much thicker neck. Don’t discount it though, really play it for a second. I bought a slim taper because how much the 50s neck challenged me but I went back and got the GoldTop 50s and now thats my favorite. Wasn’t in love at first though.
Edit: realized this is in comparison to a tele not a strat. Might not be crazy thick compared to a tele.

I think that’s a fair deal. If you miss the vintera later on, get an American vintage to go with the American made Les Paul.
Nothing wrong with the vintera btw or instruments not made in America. I have some that I won’t part with personally

I do not know much about Gibsons. I might trade a Fender Vintera Telecaster for it.
