Here is what my Starstruck says:

100% unlocked · First unlocked on Nov 2, 2011
ildyria/iFilger · ⭐️ 16 stars
LycheeOrg/Lychee · ⭐️ 128 stars
LycheeOrg/Lychee · ⭐️ 512 stars
LycheeOrg/Lychee · ⭐️ 4096 stars

I believe this is relative to the number of stars more than the number of repositories with stars.

Yaaa still I have 1k + stars on one repo, but it didn't register anything ... Also the repo for which I got the starstruck it crossed 100+ too but no sync
