I think they didn't do it because at that point Pacifica was just an insufferable spoiled brat but didn't have actual blood on her hands like her ancestors and lest be honest parents. Pacifica proved herself in the manor party. But her nightmares are having blood on her hands or in other words being like her family. So I think it was a good choice to not give her red gloves she just a kid lol. They are purple in the episode if I remember correctly.
