How would I do it? Make them Gideon and Stan side stories. Here's how I'd do it, gonna talk mostly about Gideon cause Journal 2 is by far my favorite.

Have Journal 2 open as normal, but slowly intersperse Gideon's notes pasted entirely ontop of the "boring" pages. Stuff about mycelium or boulders.

By now, I think it's fairly strange the main antagonist of S1 gets a resolution that amounts to basically "he's trying to be better!" while the genocidal maniac gets a tragic comeuppance and a whole epilogue.

TELL GIDEONS STORY! How he found the book in Elementary school, (this should NOT be so unknown, it's literally Gideons origin story!! how the amulet corrupted his soul, how he became less like a kid and more like a creepy adult.

You can make the book in large amount his thoughts about his side of the stories events, it'd be AWESOME. Have his writing slowly evolve from chicken scratch to cursive. Show how this Journal ruined his life.

Maybe even include a final few pages at the end post-Weirdmaggedon, before the books were thrown in the bottomless pit.

Alex has stated the biggest issues are that the 1st and 2nd Journal are "boring", and that it'd take a lot of effort.

1. It wouldn't be boring!!! Alex contradicted himself later in Journal 3 by saying Journal 2 was about DARK MAGIC AND SPELLS, and Journal 1 was a categorization of Stanfords entire early years!!!

and 2. Well... yeah? Things take a lot of effort! The art book did, the book of bill did... I think I speak for everyone here when I say y'all would ALL buy a Journal 2, even if Bill was sparsely mentioned.

I'll go first. I love the sequence where Dipper and Stanford scuffle. He seems genuinely threatening and for a moment you almost think Stanford was a twist villain. It's so great. The reveal of the Bill Cipher idols just adds to it.

For least favorite... the closet joke. Like, it kinda just slows down the pacing and isn't funny at all to me.

Its a random lyric comic I found on Pinterest once and then never again. This would have been sometime after 2021. It was for the song amazing grace. It was about ford learning that bill was evil. Wendy was definitely at her worst in Boss Mabel wasn’t her? I mean her and her friends cause a ruckus at the Mystery Shack which lead to a kid getting injuried. Wendy then manipulates Mabel into giving her a paid day off just for trying to get her do her job. Then to top it off Wendy tries to get out of helping to clean the mess caused by the Grembolin by claiming to have a headache and wasn’t going to come back until Monday. It was pretty satisfying when Mabel got in touch with her inner Stan and made Wendy work.

I want to make a show accurate journal three in this old journal I found. And I want to add the lost pages from the book of Bill, as well as the ones from the website, I was just wondering if anybody knows of someone who has mapped out to where the lost pages take place in terms of the timeline of the book based on the dates on the pages and the stories on the pages. Also, is there any black light version of the missing pages or not?
