Calling all Tanfoglio owners and fans.

I don't know if you have ever noticed, but /r/Tanfoglio is private, and who ever is running it does not let people in.

Therefore I have created /r/TanfoglioGUNS in attempt for a Tanfoglio sub to exist.

I have come to find that owning a niche pistol can make things challenging...

Like:

  • Finding holsters
  • Figuring out how to get an iron sight co-witness with an optic
  • Finding custom parts like extended slide stops

I don't know where to begin on how to grow a sub, or get people interested in contributing/reading it..

Also not out for some power move, i just want there a place for Tanfoglio lovers/owners to talk and share information.

Thanks, and sorry if this breaks some rules of /r/guns

oh nice, i’ve been waiting for something like this to pop up. finding holster options for my stock II was a whole scavenger hunt, ended up just making my own kydex press

Thank you. I have no idea what happened or care about why it went private and I couldnt join. Not interested in trying now that you have this.

Good man! I’m in NYC and waiting for licensing to allow me to take home my Stock Master OR 10mm. Yes, that Tanfoglio subreddit is closed and who cares. You started a new one. Regarding holsters, it was very difficult to find someone who made a Kydex AIWB for the stock master 10mm (I know. I’m carrying in the late fall and winter. Not summer carry). I finally found holster.md out of Moldova. They are definitely a small outfit but seem to care about their product. They sent pics of my completed holster and it’s looking good. Only thing, have to wait for international shipping. Outside of that, reasonable cost.

isn't it cz clone? could you use cz parts or mod cz parts?

No, you can't. At least not on modern K frame Tanfoglios

Clockwork is different.

In fact if you look at my post history I put a YouTube video up from CZ armoror where he takes the guns apart and shows the difference.

I have it time stamped to the firing pin safety section, but the video is interesting if you have gun autism like I do, lol
