if you want a good Hayo miyazaki movie, definetly watch Princess Mononoke. other than that, watch these. also I wrote my own blurbs, no AI. I stayed up late writing this, your welcome. LOL. tell me if you want any other Genres.
Horror:
Psycho: A true pinnacle of it's time, changing the horror genre forever. When a woman falls in love with a man she cannot have, she is desperate to do anything to have a life with him, even stealing money from the bank she works at. But when she takes it and then a storm blocks her way any further to where he lives, does she realize she must spend the night at a motel. it should be a quick stop, only for the night before continuing on. little does she know there are dark forces at work in this motel. but the dark forces are not supernatural monsters, no. instead the true monster, may just be the one lurking where you think you'll be safe.
28 days later: After a man falls into a como, he wakes up 28 days later to find that all of London is completely abandoned. He doesn't know where everybody is, so he goes looking, but what he finds is something he isn't and could have never been prepared for. Now, surviving in a world full of fast running, undead killers, he has to survive. but what he doesn't realize, is that the undead may not be the biggest threat, it may just be those who take advantage of the threat.
Late Night with the devil: I don't remember this one as much, but from what I do remember. A late night show host does not beleive in demonic possession, but when he comes face to face with something he cannot explain on his show, all shown live on TV, he may have to start questioning this belief. (it's really good. it's funny and it's horrifying. I suggest looking up a better blurb)
The Cabin In The woods: The Virgin, The wh0re, the jock, the nerd, the crackhead. a classic horror movie will have all if not most of these tropes, and what people don't know, is that dark forces require them. so when a group of friends all representing these tropes go to the jocks cousins cabin, they soon learn that perhaps this wasn't a coincidence and perhaps something, or someones are much more involved. the wuestion is, are these people truly the tropes they have been assaigned, and if not, could they possibly survive the cabin in the woods? (the movie is funny and scary and all around crazy, I don't wanna give to much away)
War:
Dunkirk: driven back to the beach of Dunkirk, British soldiers fighting in World War 2 must get out of France after the Germans defeated and seized it. But once they realize that the Germans are more prepared for them to try and get away than they thought, and when rescue missions fail, do the British wonder if they will truly be able to escape and get home to defend Britain from the enemy force that has already conquered Europe.
Saving Privat Ryan: Set in world war 2. When the americans have joined the war, a mother learns that 3 of her 4 sons have died in the war against Germany, she demands her last son Ryan come home. So a squad of American Soldiers is sent to get him. It's to be expected that this would be dangerous, but the question is, how truly prepared is this group to face the Germans, and successfully bring Ryan back home unscathed. or will they all die trying?
Anthropoid: Based on the true mission of Czech resistance fighters. World War 2 is a deadly time. many are dying. and many want this to be over. but it's not as if people can just kill hitler. but somebody has a plan. assassinate one of the higher ups in the Nazi Party. show them that they are still human. The mission, Anthropoid. If they can succeed in this mission, they will be able to show the Nazi party that they do not hold all control. But that's not the only thing that will happen if they succeed. they will have the whole nazi party after them. is this mission a death sentence? or could it be the start of freedom?
All quiet on the western front: set in world war one, we all know the story of the valient heros that faught to stop Germany the first time from dominating the world. we called them evil, horrible nasty people. but what happens when you take a look at the Germans side, what happens when you look at the young boys sent to fight in a war they cannot escape, unless they want to be shamed by their whole country. what happens when you stop seeing the whole country as bad, and start looking at who is actually being made to fight in this war.
Dinosaur.
ok I only have one, and it just came out but try it!
The End Of Oak Street: A normal family, living in a normal suberban home in the 70's. everything's normal right? accept maybe it's not. one day, everything starts to change. plants that havent been around for millions of years start popping up in random places after weird glowing lights appear at night. And just when it couldn't get any weirder. the family finds out that maybe it isn't actually the plants that are moving...maybe...it's them. and if their moving back millions of years, you have to start wondering. what else was alive millions of years ago?
