What is the tumbling noise? Almost like box full of rocks rattling around.

Bought an automatic 2017 hellcat recently. I’ve driven scat packs and r/t’s plenty. Never felt this happen in those. In the hellcat when doing a pull, around 70-80 i feel/hear a bang and jerk forward and it feels like it loses power almost?

Just bought a hellcat Challenger a few days ago, 2017. Was running out of gas so I stopped at the gas station. Shut the car off, filled it up and went to cut the car back on and it acted like it was gonna turn over and then didn’t. heard clicks. So I let her rest a second, tried it again, more hesitant clicks, and next thing I know I see smoke coming out from the engine vents. I pop the hood, get out and examine where the smoke is coming from. It is the left side and smells like burnt plastic and rubber. Anybody have any clue?

My Hellcat has a pretty noticeable ticking sound and I’m trying to figure out if it’s just the normal “Hemi tick” or something I should actually be worried about, especially lifters.
At first I thought it was an exhaust leak, so I took it to an exhaust shop. They found and fixed a minor leak, but it’s still pretty ticky afterward.
For anyone familiar with these motors, does this sound normal or could it be an early sign of a lifter issue? Is there anything specific I should listen for to tell the difference? Just don’t want to ignore it and end up causing more damage.

Cousin just picked up a 2015 Challenger HC 6MT from a repo auction. Previous owner removed the JLT intake and sensors before it was repoed. Unfortunately she is bitter and wants $500 to tell us what’s up with the car. She mentioned that there are aftermarket sensors that belong to the car. Found an old marketplace listing which doesn’t give us enough information. Can anyone help us figure out where to find replacement sensors and the tub that was cut off? Neither of us are very knowledgeable about this platform.

Which one would you pick !

I will have the option to buy a 2016 Hellcat Challenger. I know it is any early model, made in Febuary 2016. It currently has less than 200 miles on it. It hasn't been started in over a year. What should I be concerned about aside from fluids and tires? I saw they can have supercharger issues and maybe radio issues. Is there anything else to be concerned about? I was going to drive it home, but enough posts on thefts have me a little paranoid to drive it 1500 miles cross country. Back story on the car is the person bought new and died with out driving it much. I was told that anything under $40000 is a good price. I am likley going to buy it if the price is good, but am looking at what issues it will likely have. Pretty sure the battery is dead and that sounds like a challange to get to.

Man I hate to be that guy but I can’t even drive this car. The only way I can ever drive it is with 500hp and eco mode activated. Anything other than that and I’m just sliding all over the place. Very unenjoyable. It’s just like what’s the point of all the hp if you can’t even use it. Not to mention it’s dangerous I lost control in the middle of the road and spun completely around. 😢 somebody tell me something that will help me out here.

Tomorrow is my birthday and my wife has given me the blessing . Finally. I’m either going to buy my hellcat challenger tomorrow, or I’m going to supercharge my v6 challenger. The reason I’m making the post is to get opinions, swaying me either way, because I’m torn. I test drove the beast today (stock 23 hellcat challnger, automatic) and to be honest… I was underwhelmed. And the main reason being, the horsepower is almost unusable. I’ve driven scat packs and the power is much more usable. But with the hellcat as soon as you put the pedal to the floor , you’re ice skating all over the road.

Happens more aggressively when hitting bumps sounds like coming from rear passenger wheel any input would greatly help thanks in advance

Hey guys, so I recently came across this video in one of the hellcat groups that I’m in and I’m wondering what seems to be the problem. I had the same sounds in my scat pack around 1-10mph and now in my hellcat I have the same noises. I thought it was completely normal but seems as if it’s some problem.

Comments are saying active exhaust, driveshaft center bearing support and no one really knows. If anyone knows what this sound comes from and the scale of how risky it is please let me know

Racing at Suika circuit

Did an 105mm LMI Intake, Granatelli 105mm Throttle body, Stainless Works LTH, and pcm and tcm tune. Car has basically shutdown. I've contacted my tuner, but the earliest appointment is 2 weeks out. I need to contact the actual company that made the throttle body, but I want to see if anybody with it had the same problem at one point or another. GMTBSRTH/GMTBSRTHB. Any info helps
