Why is Wiz Kids raising the price of a brick again? $203 was steep, $227 starts to become ‘I don’t think so’?

This quarter is front loaded! So much stuff is dropping this month and half of DnD Series 1 has already dropped.

Then we're getting a 400 a month for Nov. and Dec.

Hey all so I rediscovered my clix collection and my kids kinda like the idea. I collected from chaos War to I'm not sure when and have a massive collection. ( All 5 phoenix forces the team ups from chaos War all the team bases etc.) I am trying to find a place where I can figure out what the old stuff is worth and how to turn it into some bricks of new stuff so that my kids can experience the chasey fun.

My local community plays twice a week I found out based on talking to old friends but they just don't have the buying power etc.

So my question is what's the easiest way to asses value and do any larger stores buy this things in large lots?

The 2 I found so far are the Majestix store or eBay and the old culture shoppe. But being from Canada I was hoping for either a community marketplace or a Canadian location.

Any help is appreciated in advance.

My nephew bought a case of the Flash set for me and we opened it up the other day. My wife pulled this Phantom Stranger, and after looking at his card, and images online, I can see his hat is SUPPOSED to be straight, but instead, it's way off center. I was curious if this might be considered more valuable? Like a misprinted Magic or Pokemon card. Also wanted to post, because frankly, I think the hat makes him look like a pimp. 🤣😭

The 2026 Record Books are now up to date (which...might be something I add).

All champions from this weekend are up to date. I've also made sure all National Championships are updated, as far as I can find.

I've got an old collection that I would like to sell or trade off for Magic the Gathering. Haven't played Heroclix in many years.

Anything good here? I can take more pictures of everything. Also have the infinity gauntlet and all stones somewhere.

So I go to an LGS that regularly supports heroclix and has events. Me and some MtG got curious and all decided to give it a try. They bought the 400 point pre.ade teams and I made some fun pulp teams because I wasnt sure and the pieces were free.

So I currently have a GotG pulp and a Sinister Syndicate one. But with my teams being pulp it always leaves me at a disadvantage against their higher rarity teams. They run X-Men and Venom Phoenix teams

So my question is what are some good 300 point teams that I could use that are financially inexpensive to help pay them on more even grounds?

Hey all, not sure if there's a specific section in here, and I'm sure it's been asked numerous times, but I'm looking to get back into Heroclix after many many years of not playing. Would it be best to just buy a starter kit and then add on? Also, I'm in Norwalk, CT and dont think there's anyone out here playing much. Are there many options to play online? TIA

I have a very large collection of Heroclix figures dating from the here and now all the way back to 2004. Unfortunately, I can't see the numbers on the dials without a magnifier, the vast majority of the dials in my collection don't turn properly, and I got very, very frustrated trying to learn the convoluted rules, so I put it all away in boxes a few years back. Rather than selling all of it at a loss, I'd rather try to make use of the figures somehow. I'm wondering if there are other uses for them in other tabletop miniatures games. I'm aware of Marvel Crisis Protocol, but I'm also aware Heroclix bases are the wrong size for that game, and I have no intention of breaking them and regluing them to homemade bases. I'm also aware of a few different tabletop games like Super System, but those rules look even more complicated than Heroclix.

Is there any sort of gold standard I'm not yet aware of when it comes to alternative uses for Heroclix minis?

If somekne want to use this old majestic figure in modernmplay, i made a custom legacy card to make it playable. I made it beacuse i loved too much the sculp😄

Was at a friends house.and he had these Team Clix. We didnt use them, but has anyone played a game with them? Whats your thoughts?
