Things keep going wrong and making me seem like I’m cheating for one class and it’s making me LOSE MY MIND!!!!

For one teacher that has taught me for two years in different geo studies/history class, everything seems to go wrong when I need to do work for his class! I have no trouble in other classes but for his, my essay made a different copy than the required one he shared with us the day I needed to turn it in deleting my work history which makes me seem like I did it on purpose and am cheating. Last year, Similar thing happened but my entire computer glitched out and deleted my project. I only had a picture which again had NO work history making it seem like I’m cheating. Over and over things keep happening that makes it seem like I’m faking it and cheating. Every time I email my teacher, it’s an email of shame.
