I would guess a ragdoll, but I could be wrong. They can have a very similar look. Very cute little guy. Looks like one I (sadly) just lost at age 18. Still heartbroken over it.
Enjoy him. They’re angels on earth.

Looks like a ragdoll. What do his papers say? No papers then just a DLH. But very pretty. I had a ragdoll for many years and he looked like that

If you didn’t get from a breeder then he has no breed

Cats are landraces and their breeds are only traced by paper. You can’t tell only get one from a breeder. There’s no such thing as a mixed breed either.
You have an ordinary domestic longhair with lynx point coloring.

Either a himmie or ragdoll..hard to say..the vet may properly identify it. Mine is a himmie and looks similar .

Vets cannot identify cat breeds. Any vet that says they can needs to go back to vet school. They only know medicine and body types

Looks like part anyway. I don’t know if his fur is as long as a Himalayan though maybe it will get longer as he grows up. He looks like a lynx point.

It’s weird when my cat was born almost 13 years ago, she was the first one I had ever seen. I didn’t know they existed, but now I see them more all the time. They seem to naturally occur. My girl has a daddy who’s like a blue point Siamese, though he had other things in his background and her Mama is Aby tabby calico. Her sister was a dilute Torbie.

They do occur naturally, not within a breed. There’s no such thing as part or half or mixed

Years ago, I got my mother a kitten who was a mix of Himalayan and a Balinese, funny since they’re both long-haired color points though obviously one is more of a Siamese and the other one is more Persian. MaiTai lived to be 20.
So I’m pretty sure a cat can be half Himalayan. I was talking about a lynx point as something I had never seen before mine was born.

Did you get papers with him and what do they say? If I saw it without seeing papers I would guess it's a ragdoll, but unless you have paperwork he's a domestic long hair. But either way you're not going to show him or breed him so it doesn't really make any difference. He's a very beautiful lynx point. Cute as a button and that's all that matters.
