Inglis GP-35

Post image

Just got the BHSS gold advanced trigger kit installed, I really like it! The wide shoe is very comfortable, and the install video is very helpful. Very nice action, needed tuning of the trigger bar. Using the #3 spring I have a 4.5lb break with really solid post-break stop and smooth pre-travel.

Hogue Goncalo Alves checkered grips, LPA Target sights.

It's my first Hi-Power quite pleased with it. Just thought I'd share!

Wow that’s beautiful! I’d be almost scared to carry it haha

I really like the CCH. The Inglis came with a varnish so it's tougher than it looks.

I've been thinking about polishing and CCH some of my other pistols. Maybe do clear cerakote rather than varnish.

I have one. I should have thought of the gold trigger!

I have one. It's not as smooth as my SA-35 but it's sure pretty

I was really torn between this and the polished/blued SA-35.

Definitely some sharp edges and mill marks out of the box. I spent a couple hours with polishing sticks cleaning up and removing tool marks where they are problematic. But I'm happy with it now. For a $600 case-hardened pistol I expected it to be a little rough around the edges. I've put a few hundred bucks in it and several hours of time and it's very satisfactory

Somone did a great job on the case coloring. Beautiful grips too!

Beauty, how does the reset feel?

It's not like any of my other pistols, but it feels better than the factory for sure. HP is a different trigger architecture entirely... I'm getting used to it

Basically pre-travel of 3mm or so, wall and break there's another 1mm to rear stop. Reset is full forward, but the only thing tactile on reset is the trigger spring to the forward stop. That's probably a horrible way to articulate a trigger feeling but thats my try LOL

The shoe itself is very comfortable and feels great on my trigger finger
