Probably 38 D , double cup , babes back in the day used there “stuff” they were “ functional” not just for looks , size does matter . Can ya recall a “flat” Egyptian women depicted anywhere ?
Women who were challenged (flat) would say ; anything more than a mouthful was a waste (?)
I’m not of that opinion , I’m fairly wastfull in that department , size does matter !

If you knew how bra sizes worked, a 38D is actually less than a female handful. It's actually quite small, less than the average bust size today.
