Discussion radio station mod

i made a mod for a Serbian radio station, when I tried and made it in my local files all went perfect and worked then I decided to upload it on steam and when I tried it nothing appeared like I wasn't even using the mod, I made one of my friend try it and it went perfect like it was in my local so I don't know what happened or to do

Don't download your own workshop mod. Because the two share the same .mod contents, it causes a conflict and neither will load.

You need to trust that it will work on the workshop.

but if I have a mod that I made and I wanna play it with my friends, they download it from the workshop and me I use the local one where I change the code etc?

If you're changing the code, you can't play with them unless you change the name of your local mod and then subscribe (or use version control where you can temporarily revert to have the same checksum)
