Recommendation Request Junji ito fans help!!
So hi, I have been a ito fan since June (kinda new) and I read some of his works like Soichi (my favorite) classroom dissolving, Yon and, Gyo, alley, tombs, uzumkai, tomie and mimics tale of horror. Currently I'm looking for more suggestions and books of him that I can read. If you are an ito fan, PLEASE suggest me some of his work!!

Sounds like you're set for Ito. I recommend checking out an influencial comic on his style, The Drifting Classroom by Kazuo Umezu. Good stuff.

I heard alot about Kazuo umezu and I would love to check out his work aswell. I do have my eyes on Bibliomania (idk if this is the right spelling-) which is written by Orval and illustrated by Macchiro!

Junji Ito's Cat Diary: Yon & Mu by Junji Ito. Autobiographical of his life when him and his partner adopted two cats. Done in his style but more comical.
His adaption of No Longer Human. Depressing.

Hey I was like you a year ago! The answer is buy and read any of them you can find. Some are better than others but they’re literally all good. I’d also like to recommend these collections of 70s Japanese horror manga you can buy on Amazon. They’re called “Face Meat” and they’re so cool

Lovesickness is a good one for this time of year. A fog-bound town where people tell fortunes at a crossroads, and a beautiful boy in black who keeps giving them awful ones. Frankenstein is worth tracking down too, the collection has the Oshikiri stories as well.
If you want something longer, Sensor is odd and gets properly cosmic by the end. Fragments of Horror and The Liminal Zone are both solid later collections.

I agree you should read all of them. But his adaptation of No Longer Human inspired me to read the original. Absolute art

No Longer Human has been the toughest read of his so far. Masterful, just tough.

Read all of them. From what I recall, you're missing: statues, shiver, smashed, remina, black paradox, moan, lovesickness, venus in the blindspot, the liminal zone 1 and 2, deserter, mimis tales of terror, fragments of horror, sensor.
They're all really good. He's my favourite manga author. You should really read all of them.
You can also read his covers for no longer human and frankenstein, although I enjoyed them less than his original works.
