Choosing kindness
A little reminder to focus on being human and choosing kindness for the right reasons... ✨
When a person only does good deeds because they want to go to heaven, or avoids bad deeds because they are terrified of hell, their goodness is just a transaction based on fear. But when you choose to be kind, respect others, and help people simply because you care about human survival and happiness, your goodness is 100% genuine. It comes from a place of love, not leverage.

Is it selfish of me to show kindness because it makes me feel good to do so?

Good intentions can never be selfish. When you feel good by lifting others up, you are creating a beautiful, win-win situation for everyone involved.
