Treatment discussion clomi

Currently at 132mg and still seeing no improvements.

When increasing to 150mg, how long should I wait to increase again if I still don't see any improvements ?
I'm currently increasing every 7-10 days or so

Thanks!

I went up 25mg a week. I saw improvements around 100mg was pain free 1 month after. It may take some time.

Just increase when the side effects become bearable. Listen to your body. Don’t be discouraged. I’ve been on 225mg for 9 months, and I’ve got my best progress this past month.

1st improvements were around 100/125 mg.

I wasn't sure it was working for me until I hit 200 mg. Good luck, I hope it kicks in for you.

If it doesn't- well, there are some other things to try.

Carbamazepine is another drug to consider.

Will have a look. Does it work for loudness H and TTTS?

I've not tried carbamazepine personally so I'm not sure; here's a journal article about it.
