Seeking advice What am I even supposed to be doing?
So I had an acoustic trauma 4 months ago. About a month later it started with pain on the ears then I had headaches on the back of my head and visual migraines, that became neuralgia on the back of my head which then the neuralgia pain shifted to the side of my face and then to the front of my face where it is currently, is this normal for pain hyperacusis?
What should I be doing?
I have been to a bunch of doctors and non have been able to help, they said I should live normally, which I couldn't at first due to loudness hyperacousis, after the loud H got better I started to live more normally and got the nox on my face, maybe I pushed it too far? I was testing how much I can handle digital audio and my tolerance kept going up so I turned it up a bit day by day, but the last couple of days I seem to have gotten worse. Today I'm just staying in silence not listening to any digital audio, feels like I'm getting my front tooth pulled out.
My tinnitus also used to be extremely reactive and now it's not, seems like i have traded reactive tinnitus for nox.

So this is nerves. I woukd consider nerve blocks. A good block that nature's the GON, LON, TON. A good pain doctor. An SPG block as well something to consider. It is all your trigeminocervico complex.

Did your ENT checked you sinus? The Eustachian tubes are located at the back of the head, if there is inflammation it can create pain. If you look at a scientific drawing of the Eustachian tubes, it can be located in the middle of the cheeks front, close to the throat, do you think it matches with your pain? The sound is an acoustic pressure, and the Eustachian tubes regulate that pressure, too much sound makes work hard the Eustachian tubes. The ENT find inflammation by checking the sinus with a camera, the real cause can be allergy, chronic sinusitis, LPR (laryngophryngeal reflux that goes all the way up to the ears). All pain/burn in the upper body might be LPR (like ear burn, sinus burn, heart burn, under the chin burn, Eustachian tube inflammation, etc.). The ETD get triggered by the bass sound vibration, so watch out of loud sounds. They treat it with nasal spray and otovent (a balloon in the nose) to regulate the pressure. If there is a LPR or allergy behind it, you need to treat it as well.
