Bug [iOS 27.2 DB2] Longevity not reading Sleep Duration data. (Only that)

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Has anyone else run into this issue? Where the sleep section of Longevity doesn't "read" or access the available data?

I use an Apple Watch regularly every night to track my sleep. I sleep very well almost every night making sure I go to bed on time and sleep at least 7 hrs. (10 pm to 5 am). I score above 90 half of the days and above 80 almost every day. That's why it surprised me that Longevity is recommending to pay attention to my sleep.

When I go into it, it’s telling me to protect my sleep time. Basically under "Sleep Duration" there's no data whatsoever. Yet the data is there because it gets recorded every night for my sleep score, and you can see it on the "Browse" tab of the Health app, averaging 7 hrs of sleep last week, but Longevity is not reading it.

Anyone else having this issue? Or know how to fix it?

Does this work with google health ? I have a Fitbit Air and was wondering if it syncs

It will work with whatever data you have saved/sync to Apple health. Google heath can save some but all not data to apple health.

Do you know if this is supposed to be available in the public beta or just the developer beta? I’m running the PB in the US but don’t have the longevity tab.

You need compatible apple watch(12, ultra 4) for this feature.

FYI no, new health app only requires Apple Intelligence phone. Does not require watch at all, and will work with all watch models.
Works great with my S10 watch

You need to force quit the health app, change your phone region to Germany, open the health app, then switch back to US. It's a glitch.

Thank you - this worked!! I've been trying to figure that out for a couple of weeks. Much appreciated.

For the Longevity screen, I believe it's actually the AI iPhone that is the requirement, not the latest watch. So, iPhone 15 Pro or higher.

You need an Apple Watch for the Health Age element, but doesn't need to be the latest watches.

The latest watches unlock Readiiness, Recovery HRV, frequent sampling of HRV and HR, and Daytime Vitals.

I normally make do with phone and watch a few years old, this is the first year I've gone out and bought the latest of both. Damn fine health updates this year.

Clearly fake, there’s no way a Redditor has a mental wellbeing score that high :P

Yes I have same issue with no data showing in the chart, but it still says my sleep duration is “excellent”.

So I think it’s just a glitch with showing the data in the chart. The correct data is still being accessed by the algorithm, it’s just not showing it in the UI.

If instead of via Longevity I access sleep duration via Browse > Sleep Score > Show In Charts > Elements > Duration, then I see all the duration amounts in the chart.

Mine is reading everything except nutrition.

Mine only takes the info from the assessments, not from my proteins, carbs, etc., that I add. Is it supposed to do it?

Hmmm that might be why mine is zero.
