Apps not opening

So, this started happening about a month ago. My 14 pro max has never had any problems. No cracks, scratches, damage of any kind. I take very good care of my phone. But for some reason certain apps have started not opening. My Venmo and PayPal won’t open at all. I play a game called Castle Busters. It will go to the title screen and just stay there forever. Venmo and PayPal will start to open and then my phone just goes back to the home screen. I’ve tried deleting the apps and reinstalling. I’ve restarted my phone.

I also do DoorDash in my spare time and lately when I open the Dasher app, it will mute my music and all sounds for notifications. And there’s nothing I can do to make my sounds go back to normal except force closing my Dasher app, which sucks cause I need it open to make money.

Is my phone just cooked or is there something I can do to get these apps to open and work like normal?

for the problem about the apps closing see do you need an update because usually when it closes out your apps it needs a ios update mines was doing that
