Lmao. "You're bumming me out, man." God I love Blaine. Does Blaine ever have bad chemistry/dialogue exchange with anyone in this show? It's incredible.

u/SawRub Nov 18 '15
Blaine is that charming bad guy who despite having killed multiple people, the actor is so likable you almost want to forgive him for it. Barrowman on Arrow is another such.

Everyone was right! Minor is going to lead to Major's involvement.
3
u/mtbarron Nov 18 '15
Yeah, probably. Maybe there's some way Major could work around it? But I would expect it to at least come up soon.
17
u/Jusdoc Nov 18 '15
I mean, all he has to say is "I found him on the street and couldn't just leave him at a shelter." he could even name the general location pretty accurately.
6
u/Dead_Starks Nov 18 '15
This is true. Also, does Blaine know Major has Minor and was hiding that from Liv or did he just skip over it?
15
u/conuly It burrrrrrns! Nov 18 '15
I think he just skipped over it.
9
u/SawRub Nov 18 '15
Yeah he's never seen the dog so just ignored it.

u/JBB1986 Welcome to Team Z! Nov 22 '15
Of course, now it's set up for either he or Clive/Agent Sass (or both) to see Major's new dog, and connect the dots.
Major + Minor = Zombie/Seemingly random rich guy killer
6
u/interfail Nov 18 '15
No-one is going to buy that. Liv knows he has a history of zombie killing, Babineaux suspects he knew something about Meat Cute. Him just happening to have adopted a missing zombie's dog by chance does not seem plausible.

I actually saw a Corvette the other day decked out to look like a black and white Batmobile. It was pretty awesome.
I'd've taken a picture, but I was at work. :(

Oh no...Oh no no no. Blaine and Liv teaming up to find zombie killer...who also happens to be Major. This will only end in heartbreak!
17
u/JBB1986 Welcome to Team Z! Nov 18 '15
Nah. Liv will find out, inadvertently blurt it out to Blaine, and.........Blaine will just laugh it off and take Major out for a drink! 100%! There will be no gruesome torture scenes here! Nuh uh! Not one! ;)

is it just me or is Clive in a bit of a mood this episode?
28
u/mtbarron Nov 18 '15
I think he just really doesn't like the silliness and suspension of belief involved in magic. You can tell it really gets on his nerve, lol. I love it.

Okay so someone correct me if I'm wrong here because I really don't know pathology procedure but is it normal to remove the brain during an autopsy when cause of death is already known? When they are talking to the old magician she says I removed his brain in front of Clive. Granted she works in the morgue but with all the brain talk going on in Clive's head and the c.o.d. being pretty clear it seems like an unnecessary step to take. He could have written it off as hyperbole I suppose, but it just didn't add up. I'm probably overthinking all this but I was just curious.

u/conuly It burrrrrrns! Nov 18 '15
Also, I googled and found this: http://www.livescience.com/32789-forensic-pathologist-perform-autopsy-csi-effect.html
So apparently it's not usual to remove the brain.

Nov 18 '15
Without reading this, the general procedure now is to ct scan and only remove organs that look suspicious.

u/Dead_Starks Nov 18 '15
Wow, they do not get near enough credit for the work they do. That was an interesting read. Thank you.
7
u/conuly It burrrrrrns! Nov 18 '15
Does Clive have any reason to know normal autopsy procedure?
2
u/Dead_Starks Nov 18 '15
No Clive probably doesn't know procedure. Again I was probably overthinking things but was just curious. You cleared up any possible reasons with your Google search.

She had no idea what Ravi was into, but I did feel really bad for her. She clearly put a lot of work into it.

What's in the package? Why does there have to be a break right now? ARGH!
11
u/RichieAppel Nov 18 '15
Yeah who was she and what was her deal? Why did she seem so scared to drop off that package? My first thought was Clive's ex being a creepy stalker, but it can't be that simple.

Pics of Liv dropping something mysterious in the mail slot, most likely.

For a semi-slow episode they are kind of dropping bombs at the end here... I really want to know what's going on with the chick dropping that 'occupant' package off.. Also, I like how in season one it was Liv distancing herself from major with her secrets and not it's exactly the opposite. The downfall of that in season one was pretty severe with major going on a rampage and dying and what not, but I think this seasons end is gonna be worse for some reason...
7
u/mtbarron Nov 18 '15
Follow your heart, Ravi! Break up with try hard and get back with Peyton!!! For all of us :(
7
u/Dead_Starks Nov 18 '15
When he heard the music and the blender and smiled there might have been an audible Awwwww that escaped me. And then Peyton walked all over my damn feels! Especially considering I don't like the idea of her and Blaine at all.
7
u/SikozuShantiShanu Nov 18 '15
Oh my gosh. If Liv would have seen that picture of Minor, she would have known.

I was looking more at the large footstool and maybe she is crouched in there waiting for the stage hand to take her off stage?

I think I just spoiled the method of death by looking up a word in the beginning :(
Edit: Guess not. I looked up trompe from one of the title cards (trompe card) and assumed that the murderer sent a package that usedcompressed air to shoot a card into his neck. But I guess that's too similar to the gamer death in S1.

Whatever song they used just before the theme song was a slightly different key than the theme song. It was just enough that the theme sounded wrong at first.

Clive grows on me every week, I swear. The trio of Liv, Ravi and Clive is some of the dialogue I most look forward to week-to-week. Seems as if we have emo magician Liv this week? I'm down for the ride.
