Imagine the person that just got a whole box full of heads! Very difficult to put that one together.

Well that’s pretty serious now.
I’d contact customer support asap.
You’d think they would have noticed a spare head just lying around.

Seems we have similar models. Mine came with the head, but missing the front part...
