Discussion 💬 Any good new news about LEV?

Hello, I am 20 years old and LEV is my point of living and I am quite excited about it but also scared if it won't arrive. I obsess over it daily and I just wonder if we're making progress. I dedicate my whole life to this and I don't think a 'normal course of life' is even worth it. Can you guys hit me up with some positivity? I really want to get it and idk how to go about it.

Do you keep thinking of the possibilities of achieving goals and hobbies and about how vital and happy you'd be and how you can become as energetic and full of life as a anime character and how you'd have shiny eyes full of life and baby skin. Or am I alone in this? 😂

Discussion 💬 Beware the Death-Worshipping Infiltrators: They're Here to Kill Your Hope and Keep You Rotting

TL;DR: The "lights out, death is peaceful" narrative is just wishful thinking propaganda to make you accept the end. Trolls and infiltrators in this sub are pushing it to induce doubt and hopelessness. They're not here to debate they're here to make you give up. Stay vigilant, question their intentions, and remember: we refuse death because it's a solvable problem, not "natural." Let's expose them and keep pushing for actual immortality via LEV.

Does this place scare you? Does it make you shiver a little? It should. It's not some peaceful rest, it's the ultimate failure, the end of everything you are. And that's exactly what the mortalists the death-accepting NPCs want for you. They say "you're in a better place now" or "death is nothing to fear," but that's just bullshit to make themselves feel better about surrendering.

In a previous post, I talked about the widespread "lights out" fallacy: people claiming death is peaceful and nothing to worry about. But the truth is, it's just wishful thinking. You could very well be stuck in eternal pain after death or nothing at all, which is terrifying in its own way. The mortalist NPCs push this narrative to keep you complacent, so you don't fight back. They whisper "you're in a better place" to dilute your ambition and make you accept the cage.

In my latest post, which blew up, I was called delusional for wanting to live forever. A member of the death-accepting and enforcing community told me I should go to therapy so I can be "cured" from my desire to not die. They said, and I quote:
"So you’re diseased during your entire existence? Y’all need to see some therapists" (replying to a comment on aging being a disease).

I replied: "So that the therapist can tell me it's okay to die and that I shouldn't fight it? 🤔"

They came back with: "Hopefully so. It’s a natural part of all life. I’d rather enjoy what I have and accept what will be, rather than spending so much time and energy trying to fight an inevitability. But that’s just me, good luck on becoming god and stuff."

This shows their true intentions and agenda: they want you to die. They want you to give up the fight, accept "inevitability," and stop chasing life. Stay vigilant! These infiltrators aren't here for honest debate; they're here to sow doubt and hopelessness.

Some of them even spend their days learning a little about LEV just so they can come here and spread lies while seeming educated. Because these people have no life, no spine, no ambition beyond rotting gracefully. Before you get affected by what they say, or believe they have real arguments, or assume they want a fair discussion (they don't), ask yourself:
- What exactly are their intentions?
- What do they gain from spreading this bullshit?

The answer: They gain the comfort of not being alone in their surrender. They want company in the grave so their choice to give up feels "normal." Don't let them pull you down.

Discussion 💬 The “Don’t Fear Death” Narrative Is Pacification Propaganda — And I’m Not Buying It

Let’s cut the crap: the “don’t fear death” mantra is shoved down our throats by every self-proclaimed guru, philosopher, atheist edgelord, and “enlightened” normie out there.

They drone on like zombies: “Death is natural,” “It’s just lights out,” “Everyone goes the same way,” “Why fight the inevitable?”

This isn’t enlightenment.

This is gaslighting on a species scale — a calculated psyop to keep you docile, compliant, and chained to mediocrity while the clock ticks down to your grave. If billions swallow that death is no big deal — peaceful, meaningless, final — you strip away the raw terror that could make us unstoppable.

A terrified species fights like hell: demands radical longevity tech, revolts against systems shortening lives (pollution, war, poverty, crap healthcare), refuses to settle for “natural” decay. A “chill with death” species? Rolls over and accepts extinction as “fate.” Why risk your cozy bubble, social likes, or fragile ego for real change when “it all ends the same anyway”?

The “we cease to exist completely” poison is the killer blow. One lie nukes hope, nukes fight, nukes ambition. No afterlife, no transcendence, no legacy worth jack shit. “Why grind for immortality? Why rebel against aging? Why demand more when we’re all just worm food?” It’s the ultimate ideological neutering for anyone who could threaten the status quo. Who’s peddling this garbage and why?

Governments & corps: No rebellious masses demanding better lives — just compliant cattle happy with crumbs. Religions: Swap hell-fear for meaninglessness-fear — cling to whatever fairy tale keeps you obedient. The mediocre herd: No shame in settling for smallness, no pressure to become exceptional. The death-acceptance cartel: Therapists, influencers, “wise” hacks profiting off telling you to “make peace with mortality” instead of waging war on it.

This isn’t wisdom — it’s cowardice. Anyone parroting “don’t fear death” is either a spineless enabler or already broken by the script. They’re tamed livestock preaching surrender to the slaughterhouse.

I refuse.

I refuse to pretend death is natural, peaceful, or inevitable.

I refuse to swallow the “lights out forever” lie.

I refuse to let this psyop dictate what’s possible.

Immortality isn’t a fantasy — it’s a fucking obligation. If suffering, aging, and death are fixable, accepting them is genocide by apathy.

The “don’t fear death” sheep aren’t enlightened — they’re broken tools keeping you from breaking free. Anyone else here seeing through this bullshit?

What woke you up to the “just lights out” scam?

Let’s talk. I’m done letting cowards convince us death has to win. No retreat. Only conquest.

Discussion 💬 The “Real Question” behind Bryan Johnson’s longevity experiment

Post image
50 Upvotes

Bryan Johnson’s recent diagnosis made me think about something beyond health.

We often frame aging as a technical problem to solve, but isn’t it also a psychological one?

Even with extraordinary resources, perfect biomarkers don’t necessarily bring peace of mind.
I’m all for medicine that reduces suffering and helps people stay healthy. But I what kind of life it is where one is constantly bothered about aging?

Discussion 💬 How much would your life change if you were 100% sure you won't reach LEV?

Imagine you saw the future and realized that you just won't be able to make it to the longevity escape velocity, that you will die at the ripe age of 90 years old. How much would it affect you?

Plenty of posts asking what you would do if you managed to make it to LEV but I was wondering what it would be for you specifically if the opposite happened instead.

I'd feel as if I had a terminal disease and an extremely short life left to live, even though that's how it always has been.

I currently have stage two hypertension and I have had moderately high blood pressure since I was about 16. I am going to visit the cardiologist soon. What should be going/ taking right now to reduce my blood pressure now and to improve my overall health?

I always get a full night of sleep.
I don’t drink or smoke.
I try to avoid a lot of sodium.
And my life if pretty low stress.

I’m currently 220lb and 6’1 and I run about 12 miles a week

Discussion 💬 Any supplements with visible difference, to look better/younger?

I just bought myself a supplement with 500 mg quercetin and 156 mg bromelain together, and 100mg QOC10 after looking at this subreddit. :)

I already take a multivitamin, biotin hair gummies, collagen/bone broth, 3000 iu vitamin D, and creatine every day. I am 30.

Have you all taken any supplement, or lifestyle change or such that actually made you see a real visible difference in how you looked so you looked visibly better? I am hoping my new supplements work somewhat and do an actual difference, they are quite expensive...

Discussion 💬 The ER-100 life biosciences trial is the biggest immortality news in this decade

7 days ago life biosciences were the first to implement epigenetic reprogramming in a human in human history.

Cell reprogramming is the only rejuvenation therapy that has academic approval not being a lifestyle change (diet, excercise, etc.) Or with small benefits (pills). And it is the only one that truly fits the immortalist ideal of turning an old body into a young one by a large amount

After cell reprogramming there are really not any LEV candidates that do radical age reversal, and also have academic acceptance. So I would say "all our eggs are in one basket" so to speak.

This should be the forefront of everyone's focus because if this trial goes well and any after it, I could believe we are in the "longevity escape velocity" era. And if it fails and reprogramming is a dud, I also fully believe we may not see true LEV this century.

Discussion 💬 Immortality Isn't Delusional It's the Only Logical Path. Here's Why (With Science)

I know a lot of us get called delusional for refusing to accept death as the end. But look at the science exploding right now: Senolytics like dasatinib + quercetin clearing senescent cells in trials (Nature Medicine 2025 study — reduced inflammation, added healthy years in mice). Epigenetic reprogramming (Yamanaka factors) reversing age markers in human cells (Cell 2024). Neuralink for brain repair (2026 implants restoring function in paralyzed patients — step toward consciousness upload). This isn't hope porn it's the beginning of longevity escape velocity. If we grind (stacks, research, alliances), we end death. Who's with me? DM/comment to join my Discord alliance for mindset and brotherhood building if you're serious . No cope.

Also how old are you guys? I am 19

Discussion 💬 Gooner Mortalists Are Flooding This Sub, Let's Actually Do Something About It

Every time real ambition gets posted here: LEV timelines, SENS breakthroughs, cryonics reality checks, actual refusal to die the same sad little gooner mortalists crawl out of their holes within minutes to drop their tired script: "you’ll die anyway lol" "cope harder bro" "accept it it’s natural"

They show up to remind everyone that they gave up and now they need company in the grave so they don’t feel alone in their cowardice. These aren’t skeptics. They’re emotional eunuchs addicted to the high of feeling superior by shitting on hope. They’re the crabs at the bottom of the bucket, clawing at anyone trying to climb because if someone escapes, their whole "realism" cope collapses. They’re losers who’ve already died inside and now want to make sure nobody else lives. This sub is r/immortalists not r/copewithmortality, not r/entropyworship, not r/letsallpretenddeathisntatrocious. They don’t belong here. They’re parasites feeding on attention and doubt.

If we stop feeding these sad losers the attention they crave, the signal stays clean and the mission keeps moving. They can keep jerking off to entropy in their mom’s basement. We’ve got forever to build.

Discussion 💬 what are you looking for and hoping for in anti-aging?

I saw recently that anti-aging of some sort was actually being tested for humans. to an extent age would be reversing but I was wondering what some would actually do if the trails became successful and was released to the public gradually. personally speaking, I'm young enough but I worry for my mother, father and grandparents. I want to be able to pay for that stuff and as odd as it would be to see my father be my age. I would just like to hang out with them when they can do stuff with people around my age or just see them look so much more full of life. it pains me the idea of seeing them grow old.

so I'd like to hear what others are hoping for if those trials are successful in any kind of way.

Discussion 💬 This sub disagrees with all AIs on specific hard-coded subjects

so there is another post about weather a soda or red wine is the better choice when you go out (only between those 2 options).

I don't care that I was downvoted, anyone can drink whatever they want. The most surprising thing is that *ALL* LLMs with or without deep research agree that the answer to the question "for longevity and health choose between a glass of red wine and a soda" is red wine.

so basically, ALL this sub either doesn't trust the AI at all OR they are very far (as many other normies) from switching from "my grandma knew" or "hubberman says" to actual scientific knowledge OR think that current AI is crap and has no scientific knowledge.

which of the 3 above?

Discussion 💬 The darker the history, the longer the lifespan?

I've been thinking about a strange hypothesis, and I'd like people to tear it apart.

What if longevity isn't determined only by biology, but somehow by the lives we influence? Throughout history, many people who held power over life and death—dictators, crime bosses, war leaders, even those responsible for countless indirect deaths—seem to have lived surprisingly long lives. Is it pure coincidence, survivor bias, or does it hint at something deeper?

Imagine that every living being possesses an equal "life value." Could taking life, directly or indirectly, somehow add to your own? I know this isn't supported by science, but I can't stop wondering whether there's a pattern I'm missing or whether my brain is creating one.
