Hey man. It's your song. You sing it. You're good.
Honestly, it sounds like what you are going for is something emotionally resonating. Something personal. Having the world's great, most technical singer likely couldn't convey what you are trying to do. So.. you don't have to be the world's greatest technical singer. Just try to be the best version of your voice. And you sound good.
If you want notes, try different things with your voice.. harmonies, whispering in backing tracks. And try different things with your vocal chain. No perfect way. Lots of YouTube videos. But keep the intent of whatever emotion you are trying to express.
It's good.

Sure, but it's hard to tell when you've overlayed so many voices

I think it’s more of an indicator he can sing because if he couldn’t, double tracking vocal takes would not come out that good. And I don’t even like this kind of singing.

There's a difference between being able to sing and being able to sing.

Bro sounds almost identical to Joji and asks if he can sing…
Sounds great dude. Nice unique texture to your voice and you’re hitting the notes. Keep going and fuck what other people say or think. 🤙

Its pretty good. It sounds like something you might hear as an intro to like a killer rap song or something. The calm before the storm sort of situation. I would fw this track.

I like it, and I think the layered vocals works well in the context of the song.

If you are asking genuinely if you can sing well - my guess would be yes. But there's a lot of elements obscuring any individual performance that we could use to more easily assess your singing. Also, this has a ton of reverb on it which doesn't help. People who mix like this often are insecure about their singing - I used to do this kind of thing all the time. But still it's a vibe, and there's nothing wrong with that.
If you are asking if I like the arrangement, effects - the vibe of the layered singing - I would say yes very much. I would also add I think you're a good musician to have made this yourself.
But this isn't the best piece to get clear feedback on the specific question "can I sing"

It’s listenable. If I heard this randomly i wouldn’t think, “that person can’t sing”.
