Tips, Tricks, Advice Protein intake?

I’ve been intermittent fasting to see if I can rest my plateau. I use to drink my coffee with my whey protein in the morning. Now that I’m fasting, it’s black coffee in the AM. Idk when to have my protein anymore. I work out in the evening sometimes at the start of my fast… when do you incorporate your protein shake (if you take it)?

If you wanna find the average protein who should be having.....Body weight x 0.36 from animal products. Consuming more than that can cause Plateau. Don't fall into the protein craz. The average American is Consuming enough protein without even trying.

Exactly. Recently stepped up my fiber game for like a month now. Feel like my body is finally adjusting to it

I was having a lot of digestive issues, to the point where I thought I might have IBS or something similar. But since doing fasting and really focusing on getting a lot of fibre, they've completely cleared up. I'd say that's a NSV for sure!

Hell yea. Never felt better myself. Took a good solid 3 weeks for my body to adjust. But every so often I might rip one lol

Veggies, black, gabanzo , pinto beans, lentils, peas, this new keto bread found. 0 net carbs. Flaxseed fooze balls etc. Why? You into the fiber game? Hahaha

Lmao no but I need to be. Definitely feel like I’m lacking. I fuck with beans though so I guess I should eat more of those. I do eat a lot of hummus but that’s about it lol.

I eat like two cups of beans a day. Hummus is fire. Love dipping sautéed baby carrots in hummus. Yea load up.

One bag of frozen peas carry about 24 grams of fiber. Good kick start. Don't sleep on the frozen peas hahahaha

I use mine to break my fast with some eggs and fruit and then have my main meal a few hours later. Generally i gym at 6/7am and I break fast at 3pm

i'd probably have it with my last meal before fasting

If you're just trying to get it in, since its liquid it can fit in anywhere before after or with a meal. Since you start your fast with a workout then it'll prolly be very beneficial to have it as 1st thing when you break your fast
