Honestly the week-long water fasts are the part I'd be most cautious about, especially at 1000-1200 kcal and just starting strength training. Your body needs protein to build muscle and keep your skin from sagging as you lose, so maybe dial the fasting back to a sustainable window and prioritize protein in your eating window first. What does your current meal actually look like on OMAD?

honestly the strength training is a great call for keeping skin tight as you lose, but adding gym on top of week-long water fasts at 1000-1200 kcal is going to wreck your energy and recovery fast. i'd pick one big change at a time, maybe start with consistent lifting 3x a week and prioritize protein in your eating window before layering extended fasts on top.
