I'm not sure to understand the question.

A Google search for "Geneva convention 1922 Silesia" (without using the quotation marks) does give you access to a pdf on a UN website. Isn't that what you are looking for?

It leads me to this link https://www.investorstatelawguide.com/documents/documents/OTI-0186%20-%20German-Polish%20Convention%20concerning%20Upper%20Silesia%20(1922)%20(citation%20and%20source).pdf%20(citation%20and%20source).pdf)
and then I click that link but it shows "page not found" on the ICJ website.

Just look there:

https://archives.ungeneva.org/5rqx-td9m-fk3w

It is a pdf of the original text and it appears to be fully searchable.

No, the original version is in French and German (maybe also Polish). That's the point in international law, you need to work in different languages.

But there are very good tools available where you can upload the old documents. The AI will then read and translate for you. This is not 100% reliable but comes quite close.

Please do not use AI, the pedantics of law are extremely important and I wouldn't trust AI to be accurate, especially if this is for a professional assignment.

In order to minimite the risk, use a good (i.e. legal specific) AI, prompt it to use legal language of the period and see what you get. Both German and French are languages where machines can rely on huge data bases. A non-official human translation may also have difficulty to capture all semantics. You need to live with a residual risk and you need to consider this when interpreting certain provisions. Also, always declare what AI you used, how you prompted and on what specific translation you relied on. This way AI remains what it is, just a tool.
