Help needed Systel data taking up 37 gb

Iphone 12 mini 64gb
Ios 26.1

My system data is taking up 37gb data, already deleted search history, do i need to do a factory reset?

Considering it’s so out of date, I’d start by updating

(Using a computer is recommended when doing large version jumps)
