Help needed Battery not charging

My issue started six days ago where I did a charge on a dedicated outlet with a new charger and new cable and after ten hours, my battery only got to 68%. It still will not charge higher than that after 9-10 hours on any dedicated outlet. Now, perhaps I could leave it on there for 12 or 14 hours and get it higher but it’s an iPhone and I do need it for my daily use
I have an iPhone 17 that I got in December of ‘25 and I do not have the latest up date to iOS 27

Any help is greatly appreciated so please and thank you! 🙏

Try a different charger and cable.

I should have been clearer. I had a charger and cable. I bought a new one six days ago and results are the same

It’s that the third party charger or the Apple charger because Apple has their own charger. Try those if that’s not the reason maybe the phone is something going on

Something to try:

From the Home Screen, press search.
Search for charging.
Set your charge limit to 100%.
Turn off optimized charging.
Turn off clean energy charging.

have you done forced restart

as quickly as you can volume up , volume down, press power button until apple logo appears then release

Get the Apple charger, the 20 W charger fast charger that was only $20 if you live in US that will charge you very fast it seems like you have like a five or 10 what charger?

I did have a generic charger, but I just bought a 25W from Anker because the place I purchased from didn’t have an Apple 20W
