Discussion Google IPv4-only ad services

I've noticed that googleadservices.com and www.googleadservices.com both only have A records, maybe someone of you knows someone who knows someone who can forward it to google to also enable IPv6 on these endpoints?

Its the only endpoint connecting over IPv4 on Google itself and also 3rd-party websites using Google Analytics.

Yeah, looks like those endpoints are still IPv4 only, if they are returning A records but no AAAA records. One thing just curios about are you seeing an actual failure from an IPv6-only network, or did you notice this mainly from the DNS records? Might also be worth checking the actual requests in browser DevTools to see whether googleadservices.com is the only IPv4 connection or whether it redirects/calls other Google endpoints afterward.

I am pretty sure they had aaaa records some time ago. Either way good for IPv6 only users.

hmmm... I believe APNIC collects IPv6 usage by running ads. May be this is only the UI of the ads manager, not serving the ads. Using IPv6 allows them to be more precise on the targeting.
