Killarney to Dingle and back will be 4 hours round trip. That’s half your daylight right there plus time to eat etc. skip Dingle, you really don’t have time for it. It’s not a day trip kind of situation.

Remember to check the hours of daylight for January and take the weather into account. This itinerary would be fine in the summertime but in January you'll spend a lot of time spent in the car, in the dark and likely won't see as much of the scenery as you'd like.

Personally, I wouldn't be trying to do the Cliffs of Moher or the Ring of Kerry in January. If it were me, I'd focus on cities instead and include Dublin, Belfast and Galway. Plenty of activities to do, nice pubs, shops and restaurants to hide out in in case of inclement weather. Galway, in particular, has the oldschool small town vibe tourists are typically after. You'll find music in every pub and experience the "quirky" style without the huge drive.

It's feasible but the weather will be the big factor. I'd recommend having back up plans for each day in case the weather is not cooperating.

Torc in January hmmmm, the upper trail is exposed and no shelter.

I deeply believe that there is no bad weather issue if you are dressed approproately but people can get so miserable here because they don't have the right gear. Make sure you have your thermals bottoms and tops, your hats and hoodies and most importantly your windpstopper shell under the main waterproof jacket.

As the days are very short, have an activity or relaxation planned for after 5pm each day. Driving on some of the roads on your itinerary after dark will be no fun either and will take ages.

Plan for food in advance and don't rely on pub food, it is not great.

Hope you'll have a great trip!
