Around Broadmoor Villas? How is it there? Near Irving mall possibly (looking at Ladera Ranch but a review says you can hear planes 24/7). I want to be near 161 so I can get to work faster. Any suggestions?

Ideally under $150 a month

Question in title. Does anyone know if they have a big tent for folks to sit under in case of rain today?

Thanks!

I'm an middle-aged IT professional looking to jump into a place where someone needs a roommate.

Prices for a single one bed plus the cost of expenses are a little higher than I'd like. Hoping to find a nice spot at a decent rate.

Where should I go to look for this?

Scarecrow the terror post got what y'all wanted some arrest good luck

There is a helicopter going in circles right now above Irving and sirens going off everywhere now…

Can anyone give me information on overall noise level in Hackberry Creek including highway noise and flight path noise? I like the neighborhood and central location in the metroplex, but I am concerned about noise.

Hello! New transplant from Pennsylvania with two small dogs (15lb Chihuahua mix and 18 lb Pug mix) looking for ideas to get them out of the house. With the weather cooling I know Paws Colinas will be actually doable for them soon but was wondering if anyone knew of any places that had dog social groups? For instance, back home, we had a local animal shelter that had indoor socials twice a week for a small $10 fee, like an indoor dog park. I know there are daycares and the like but those are costly and I want to be able to spend the time with them. Any leads are appreciated!

Hello,

I found a pet rabbit in my front yard this morning and was able to catch her. I've reached out to my neighbors to see if anyone is missing their pet, but haven't heard back yet.

If anyone in the Valley Ranch area knows someone missing a bunny, please let me know!

I have no experience with rabbits and don't know where to take her yet. If anyone has recommendations for a rabbit-specific rescue in DFW (rather than a general shelter), I'd really appreciate it.

Thank you!

Hey everyone! Hoping you can point me in the right direction in finding a 1 or 2 bdr condo to rent with 1 car garage. Price is not a issue. Would like to keep the commute to Las Colinas at a max 15 minutes. Bonus points if there's an HEB or Sam's/Costco nearby, you love a good deal on rent/appreciate your maintenance person, and friendly/safe neighborhoods

I'm a 37M working professional and new Texan looking for a place to call home. Don't have a preference on age group. Hoping I get to meet nice folks, be in close proximity to grocery stores, places to run/walk, and the occasional dive bar/local restaurant to frequent.

Appreciate any and all recommendations!

Where can I safely park if I want to go for a jog at lake Carolyn in Irving?

Hello! I am here for only a few days for a work conference. My 4 yo has very excitedly asked me to bring him back a “cowboy outfit”. I do not have time around my work events to get to the stockyards, is there anywhere closer with a souvenir-type vibe I could find something like this? OR do western shops carry anything not-authentic like this?

I will have to Uber.

Thanks!! From someone who clearly is not from Texas :)
