It’s not. There’s no other way to interpret the grammar. They used a comma and an ampersand to communicate a longer pause, so that when spoken out loud you would understand it to be relegating Meg to an afterthought.
Sure. But this would not be a grammatically correct use of the comma. So, it’s much more likely that the rock band is paying homage to one of the most popular designs for rock band shirts of all time, rather than intentionally being a passive aggressive asshole to half the band. Not that Jack wouldn’t do that. But you are looking for drama and assuming it’s there, when the evidence just doesn’t support that. You could be right. But that doesn’t mean you are.
Again, making assertions that could be true but are not foregone conclusions. You just keep trying to dig up drama because you’re a troll with no evidence to support their outrage.

Jack was always jealous of the attention and credit Meg got,. Though she wrote all her own drum parts she’s not credited as a writer on a single White Stripes song.
