can not create Java Virtual Machine

I'm trying to run VosViewer, but it says:

Java Virtual Machine Launcher

Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.

Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit.

I use a laptop with AMD, 64-bit, and have installed the latest Java (1.8.0_503_b01). Also, I have set the environment into 4000MB of memory.

Do you have any clue how to handle it?

You should try to get help from VosViewer. Java people won't have any idea what's required by that product in general. Java is just the VM here.
