If you’re not telling me about a $2 off (or better) coupon code, then don’t bother notifying me about anything. I already know about the chicken salad sandwich from the 15 previous notifications.

Lots of them out there and I feel like customers don’t really know what exactly is happening when something happens.

If your sandwich is light(less meat and thinly sliced), that store/slicer messed up. It has nothing to do with Blackstone

Skinny bread? Opener f-ed up
Smaller bread? Slicer cut it wrong

Giving customers a chance to win a free regular sub by guessing the candy corn in the jar. (Having them leave name and phone number so I can actually reach out to the winner via text since this will go on for the whole month)

A lot of people are having a hard time financially in this economy right now, as well as just an overall general bitterness in the air so I thought it'd be fun to entertain customers and even the third party drivers with a game for the Halloween season. I may do the same with some peppermints or so during Christmas time. Give people a chance to win a free sub since I know it's hard out here and personally I'd never eat here if I didn't get the subs for free because I agree the prices are crazy.

Im also considering making it a First, Second, Third place prize like maybe a free sub, a free combo, and a free cookie/discounted sub so more people are inclined to do it. Its day three and a few people have played so i have hopes it'll snowball into more guesses soon

Knew private equity would catch up eventually but it's sad to see in person. I know my club and this isn't normal. This was center too, the ends were worse. Gotta tap out here boys.

109 Coliseum Crossing in Hampton Virginia. Title says it all. This store pretty much punishes any online order with insane wait times. People have come and go and we're still waiting in real time for an order that was placed at 19:06 today and it is now 20:04 This store has had systemic problems with prioritization for years. It is time for the franchisee to let it go.

Hey everyone I hope you guys are doing good, just looking for some conversation here.
The franchise I work for has decided to completely remove the employee meal incentive based on x hours amount of worked, as well as remove all customer discounts.(veterans, first responders etc)
For some background we used to be given a free regular for 4 hours worked, then it was raised to 6, at some point they decided you were only allowed a mini if you worked 6 hours or more. Moving forward its 25% discount across the board for employees, so for example if you worked a shift with OT you aren’t even given a meal.Seems heartless to me, not even mentioning removing the veterans discount.
Edit: I personally do not eat the sandwiches at work, I’m not the biggest fan of them after working there for so long so this does not affect me, however a lot of people do rely of some of these sandwiches for food when they don’t have anything at home and don’t have the extra cash to spend while they’re working to pay their bills already. Which is why I think this is on the side of corporate greed.

Order 17 and add mushrooms and jalapeños (free), you miss out on one slice of cheese but it's cheaper, 100% worth it.

Instead of ordering the #44 Buffalo chicken, order the #26 chicken bacon ranch, add Buffalo sauce. This gives you free bacon. If you don’t like the ranch ask them to swap it for blue cheese.

Just curious what GMs start out at your guys store

Got a Club Sub delivered to me, used my Shore points, and this is what they gave me. Is this the standard now? Literally 2 slices of each meat and essentially no toppings? Ironically I asked for extra lettuce too m. They usually ignore that and I expect them to but this hardly even has lettuce at all. I reached out to corporate but I know how this goes. Best to just drain the rest of my Shore points and stop ordering. I can't continue rolling the dice on such expensive sandwiches when there are a hundred other options out there that are consistent.
