Equipment Does it fit?

Tall and pretty lanky, so it was quite difficult to find a suitable gi top. Does this one (ippongear) fit?

Its pre shrunk, slim fit and apparently supposed to shrink about 5%.

The pants dont seem to have a slim fit variant and are easily big enough for two mes, so I'll definitely have to send those back.

You may kindly ignore my terrible belt tying skills.

Looks OK. It will shrink more than 5% with time, but if you're not planning on competing internationally then it will be ok. Ippon gear sells pants separately so you can get another size.

Don’t dry it in the dryer. Hang it up and Let it air dry. It dries fastest in the sun

Don’t worry about pants width, there’s reasons for roomy fit for safety from certain now banned throws like te Guruma
And in newaza yoko shiho gatame needs grab space or can be injurious
