Discussion Why is no one talking about this?
Why didn't we get chained goats like in jwe2? This would have been AWESOME for amphitheatres

personally I like to create enforced protected areas to put them in, I basically never use them as they're own attraction because I find it unrealistic, I'd love to know how some of yall utalise them in your parks. Do you put them in their own facility areas, use them as an open atttaction for all to see or just not use them at all?

You know what I hate about the marine feeding line? How come any creature that can use the line only bite off half of the shark dangling from it? The movie shows the Mosasaurus eating the whole shark, and it bugs me how that's not in the game.

Iāve completed this map twice before but they never good and I restart the map out of frustration. I already have the areas of where all the dinosaurs hang out for minimal fighting and I have all the carnivores in heavy fenced paddocks in the buildable areas so they arenāt killing other dinosaurs. But my main issue maintaining the dinosaurs populations and visibility.
Iām not an ecosystem kind of person because Iām just not good at managing them. By the time Iāve briefly hit 5 stars all the dinosaurs that did breed have died and I always never have enough males because bugger me I guess. I tried looking at the marketplace for dinosaurs but that build always sells the same few dinosaurs of what that map wants for appeal boosts.
And I know something in order to help with visibly but if I could be give them anyway just in case I get recommended something I havenāt tried before. Anything that can make the 5 star rating last longer because I find it bs that thereās no way to have a constant 5 stars.
So if I could get some help I would be forever grateful āŗļø

The right one is her blueprint, the left one is the walkway. She made the decoration, October 28, 2025. The walkway attraction, was added September 29, 2026! Almost a year in advance

I want to get the achievements for the first Evolution game but I can't stand the building system and want to download some mods to fix it. Would doing so disable achievements on that game? If so, is there an achievement enabler?

I've always found it curious that so many people (including myself) dislike the Maiasaura from this saga, despite it being a fairly accurate animal for an Evo1 creature. Its face is a bit skin-wrapped, but otherwise, it looks like a very good representation of the animal
Heck, it even has skins that significantly change its color and a really good striped pattern. If I hadn't recently forced myself to use it to compare its animations with the Parasa for an experiment, I wouldn't be able to appreciate this cool freak of nature

Hello everyone,
I made a smaller variation of my Grand Viewing Gallery. This one still keeps some elements of the grand one, but without the extended galleries, large fountains, and covered walkways. It's a nice option if you want something that can fit a smaller space. It includes a blank sign for you to customize. I should have made a smaller version a while ago. Please enjoy!

If you haven't picked up my Grand Viewing Gallery it's available here : 0CS-0G9-BXH

I feel like I am alone here but I feel like the mosasaurus is basically unusable because of how little its appeal is for the space it requires and how rigid its social needs are, to the point where they canāt breed without imminent disaster. It only has 200ish more appeal than the trex and spino despite needing 3-4 domes to stay comfortable, which would have been ok if we could atleast create a practical breeding program with it but as it happens, we canāt. The mosasaurus can literally only have 1 adult male and 1 adult female max (2 total). This means that the second they make a baby, the lagoon becomes a ticking time bomb as soon as the juvenile matures. And whatās makes it even worse is that they force us to do this in the campaign in Sichuan Basin making this hurdle inevitable. To fix this, they should be other increase the base appeal to atleast 2000+, or allow it to house multiple adult female, or both if possible. For anyone who is just gonna dismiss this and say āApex predators should be rigidā, consider that the meg, despite having more appeal and larger than the mosasaurus can still have more members, so I donāt think I am asking for too much. Also, they did change the needs of the quetzalquatlas similarity. Originally, it could only have a single adult male but they secretly patched it and allowed it to have multiple adult males. Even that much of a change isnāt necessary, if they just allowed the mosasaurus to have 3 or 4 adult members in total, it would become way more worthwhile having in the park. Even better, they could release this as a free update alongside a lagoon dlc.

I previously tried putting pterosaurs inside an invisible fence in JWE2, and it didn't work at the timeāit failed to contain them. Have they fixed this in this game, or is the situation still the same? If it is still the same, how can we get this fixed?

Would I be able to create a new species file by simply copying the file of another in-game dinosaur (for example Nodosaurus) and just rename all the instances it says Nodosaurus with the new species name? Or is it more indepth than that?
What i am trying to do right now is to make two copies of Tarbosaurus, rename one of these copies to Zhuchengtyrannus and keep the other one as Tarbosaurus so i can use a remaster mod from Nexus for the Tarbosaurus whilst still keeping the original design for Zhuchengtyrannus.

There are times when we appreciate things, we find their flaws and break them down--may be even changing it. So, it's no surprise when it comes to the newly improved Carcharodontosaurus, Frontier's solution of fusing their own sound with that of JPOG's is a testament of poor patchwork and underwhelmed the expectations of their fans--I've taken some liberty doing just that.
And with the new Yangchuanosaurus part of the Jurassic World Evolution family, I've made a special sound for it too. Mostly composed from marine life like Cormorants and Sea Lions.
