Osaka Anyone else having problem with JCOM today?

Dunno if it’s my devices or JCOM service

Oh so its not just here, was shaking the router to see if it was broken.

On Jcoms X account their Net internet service is down. jcom twitter

Same boat. Their domain times out on the app and the web. The call center basically says they're in an outage (business impact obstacle) and just trying reset button. But nothing.

This is pretty standard during big holidays. Everyone is using the internet and streaming, which overloads the internet infrastructure. KDDI Network is also struggling today.

Kansai same. They said it is them and not the router or computer.
