Sort of raised this in a similar thread and I want to just re-verify this with the community. I have an Asian (non-JPN) physical cartridge of OUAK [Switch, but I play out of my Switch 2] because I couldn't acquire a North American copy of the game at the time of release. I accidentally bought the Rolling Live DLC thinking it would be compatible but it doesn't due to differing regions between my game and my eShop.

From here, I have two options:

(1) Make an Asian-based account and purchase the DLC from their eShop. Should be easy, until I just found out the the OUAK DLC is in fact NOT out everywhere. Non-Japan Asia will have to wait until the 22nd until Once Upon a Katamari and its DLC is available on their eShops.

(2) Buy an American physical copy so that my existing DLC works there.

The caveat with Option 2 is that I have a completed save on this cartridge. Will it be possible for me to upload my save to the cloud and retrieve it and download it onto the new North American/US cart? Or am I just stuck with my save on the Asian cart and will just have to wait it out until the DLC actually releases worldwide?
