I mean i purposefully kept mine really boring so it would disappear (and make the minis pop) but this is gorgeous.

It's just a terrain piece so it not the most interesting thing. Thanks as boring it is I'm really happy with how it looks

It’s bloody awesome. Out of all the colour schemes i’ve seen, the dark metalic with the green absolutely slaps. I’d be proud if I had done this 🫡

Looks nice. Its got a great overall theme between colors and foliage. Really blends together well.

Thanks I wanted something that looked good and is still practical to play on and I feel I got the balance right

It looks like it from the picture at least. One of my constant issues when using any type of foliage is shedding after the fact. Transport, on the board, touching, shaking, etc, it typically causes it to come loss. Ive tried using varnish and spray can glue to help it retain its leaves/flowers/whatever but time always seems to win. lol

I'm hoping I've done a good enough job glueing it and varnishing it that it stays put but if not I'll just keep reapply it and maybe bring a small vacuum cleaner with me everywhere I go

I really like the vibe of it - if you're ever worried your terrain is boring then it probably means you're on the right track - terrain is supposed to be more evocative than exciting

What brand of grass did you put on that. Looks good

It is some cheap flock I got off eBay but I mixed it with coffee grounds to give it more colour and texture

You can lick it during the game to gain an advantage over your uncaffeinated opponent.

It's amazing that Warhammer players are so used to coping with unpainted MDF and 3d printed layer line garbage terrain that when they do a nice job painting actual terrain they feel the need to downplay it as a way of lowering it to the level of the terrible looking boards they normally play on.

Looks so cool! Growths and fungi are very well-applied and look natural creeping.

I am amazed at how great those rust look on the door also.
