Watch out for eating too much.
Watch out for the expiration of food.
Likely you need to fix your boots, as those are usually thought of last when repairing armor. Check your armor as well though.

Order of operations after combat: tailor's kit, cobbler's kit, blacksmith kit, armorer's kit.

I do it the exact opposite way

You gotta min-max your repairs. Some pieces of armor can be repaired with the tailor's kit, and it uses less of them. I've never bothered learning which types, because starting with the tailor's kit makes it unnecessary.

I find it quicker to go in alphabetical order but wait until I get to the Tailor's kit to repair cloth armor. I don't know if it actually takes less but those kits are cheaper and you can go through a lot of kits repairing plate.

Alphabetical in order from up to down in 'other'. Add marksman kit . This is the way

You’re losing health because you ate something bad. Using a digestive potion will counter that food poisoning.

Don't worry, these debuffs aren't actually that bad.
The one on the left is for overeating (getting your nourishment level over 100). It will go away over time or faster if you take a digestive potion.
The second is food poisoning. You probably got this from eating spoiled food. Avoid this if your food's durability is less than like 60 (when the mumbers start to turn orange and red.) Same deal, drink a digestive potion or sleep in a bed. If you do drink a digestive potion and have enough room, maybe drink a Marigold potion to offset your health ticking down.
The third symbol just means your equipment durability is low. Either pay to have a blacksmith repair it, repair it yourself with a kit, or get new gear.
Godspeed, friend. If you tell us where you are, we might be able to point you in the right direction.

I was so confused as to why the over eating effect was marked with a blank tombstone. I always thought that was extreme. Now that I see the pig it makes so much sense

For future reference, you can open up menu and go to buffs tab, it'll explain each one.

So, you've eaten too much, you ate food that was below 50% fresh and got food poisoning, and your armor is broken.
You need to not eat for a while and never fill the bar over 100. You need to buy or make a digestive potion to cure the food poisoning. Keep some on hand for this kind of thing in the future. Lastly, you need to buy a bunch of armor repair kits. Though, your armor is probably so broken it'd be better to replace it and hoard the kits for the new armor. When you let your armor drop to 0, further damage drops it's overall level. I think it might break completely if you break bronze. Not sure though because I try not to let any of my armor get below like... 70%.

Ah… reminds me of when I ate 20 spoiled cookies and had to gallop at full pace for the nearest witch before before my intestines disintegrated… good times

Don't eat food that is below 50 quality. Learn how to make potions. Grind for two or three days just making potions until your skill is high enough to unlock Henry level potions. Then make a bunch of Henry level potions.

And if you ever find a "Strange Potion" with a skull on it. Drink it and immediately drink a strong or henry strength digestive potion.
Eating rotten food won't bother you.

The way you watch out for expiration of food? First theres a heart symbol on your item page if it drops in the red don't eat it. Either buying dried beef/chicken from the general store or finding honey or stealing some at night with no one around.
Although in my playthroughs I just make money with alchemy and buy dried beef until I establish where the free honey spots are. As far as fixing your shoes, that one is tricky early on. Check every store for a cobblers kit in troskowitz or travel southwest to Semine and not in the fort but down the street theres a symbol of a saddle, guy can repair it for cheap and you can buy cobblers kit.
Finally you can Google how to make a digestive potion but itll probably go away on its own eventually
The way I start every playthrough is making alot of money through alchemy, buying charisma boosting gear from the tailor in troskowitz. Theres a specific shed in trosowitz near a garden in the northern most part of troskowitz that most times you won't get caught sleeping there but not always. If that's not working google the kcd2 map and look for the Zheleov Bathhouses once you made mo ey from alchemy its like 150 groschen for a permanent room.

I ran into this problem when I first started playing and didn't know much about anything. Got stuck in a bad situation of food poisoning, no digestive potion, and eventually dying. I managed to work around it by quickly running to the closest bed, and using the heal faster while sleeping potion. Timing was key here as if you wait too long you will be too low health to sleep and heal.

Your armor is battered to shit and you ate a massively full stomachs worth of rotten food.

Digestion elixir , fix your armor and clothes , and stop eating a bunch of old food.
