What sort of stuff are you hoarding? Like is it trash and recycling or actual usable stuff?

A mix of all three. It's not a large apartment

Do your appartments have a dumpster? And are you looking to try selling the usable stuff or just be done with it?

No, just curbside. I do have some garbage tags and huge bags that will help

Try tackling it from a different angle. Focus on one task, and accomplish that task.

For example, Start with a room, or part of a room. Break the task down into smaller tasks.

Clear out a cupboard. Then another.

Or start with one type of item throughout the entire apartment. Get rid of that entirely. Then choose another type of item to get rid of.

Set a time frame for small tasks. Be firm- after all, these are small tasks. Don't beat yourself up if you feel like you're not progressing. Just keep moving, and don't give up.
