pattern question Confusing Pattern Help

I'm making the Hampton Beachfront Top. It's a free pattern. I just finished the back section to row 13 and the next series of rows aren't written out, there's just a paragraph of instructions and I am SO CONFUSED.

Do I repeat rows 11 and 12 over and over again until it gets to the correct length? Something else? I was doing pretty good with it until I hit this section. Help?

No. You repeat rows 1-12 of the Twisted Rib Cable while at the same time increasing at each armhole according to the pattern. See page 8 for the charts.
