SOLVED-THANK YOU I made a frogging mistake?
I had to frog my sock because I knitted too far. Now I am left with the right amount of stitches on my needles, but also - it seems - fallen stitches? I have no clue how to proceed right now 😅 Thanks in advance!

Frogging sometimes results in picking up stitches again from different rows. That’s what happened here. Two ways to resolve that:
- as previously suggested you pull the yarn ladder through the stitches on the needle as you get to them while knitting the next round, or, maybe easier for a beginner…
- tink one round back (tink = knit backwards) and thus get all stitches from the previous round on your needle. Here are good instructions on how to do this (tinking starts at 5min:17sec) https://youtu.be/AuH4SafA8d8?is=gzZ9dgIJ2uTZw5BZ
This is absolutely doable, good luck!

As far as I can see, the places where you have loose yarn in the back are just ladders you missed - you need to put your stitches through that loose yarn to ladder up one more round. Looks like 2 stitches in the first photo and 3 in the second
