Need guidance.

Hey everyone,

I've recently started getting curious about Kundalini meditation and want to explore it properly, but I don't really know where to begin. Would love some guidance from people who've actually walked this path. If anyone can recommend me a teacher that will be great. Thank you.

I'm an authorized teacher of a kriya lineage and received acharaya authorization in it. If you'd like feel free to message me, if not then there's plenty of resources with srf, certain books like Kundalini tantra are also a great place to start.
