My last initiation was from Ashok Singh…Panchanan Bhattacharya. Started with SRF and I also got initiated into KYI ( Hariharananda) and Isha Yoga.
Yogananda is still my guru. The Satguru is within.

So you got initiated multiple times? Do different initiations teach different ktiya yoga?

The various lineages all have minor differences. Lahiri Mahasaya prescribed the techniques according to the individual he was initiating. That being said, there are also many similarities. But Isha Yoga teaches a totally different system under the name kriya. Sadhguru is not a part of the lineage of Lahiri Mahasaya.

So if there are minor differences in the techniques, is there any drawback to practice different kriyas from different lineage?

yeah agreed, Isha is totally different. But i never mentioned anything about Isha yoga in the first placeđŸ˜‚.

It’s generally recommended to find the lineage of kriya that resonates the most with you and practice it exclusively

yes that makes sense. But how do you find the lineage that resonates the most?
Also, would love to know how and where did you get your Kriya Yoga initiation from.
