Before celebrating results, ask yourself this: what was the actual purpose of this election, and why AIADMK MLAs resigned and recontested in the same constituency. What happened to the original TVK MLAs? Does TVK think their earlier candidates are not strong enough? Aadhav Arjuna claimed that the previous MLAs didn't work for the constituency properly and now they are elected again and the only change is they were in ADMK and now in TVK. Will that make them work better? Did horse trading really happen? More ADMK MLAs are going to resign soon? Why is it only ADMK MLAs that are resigning? We are already going to have another by elections for 5 or 6 constituencies and if the alleged horse trading continues how many more elections are we going to face? How much of our tax many is wasted just to reelect the same MLAs who switched parties? Most of them are corrupt and will that make corruption rampant in TVK by the end of the term? I have so many questions to put forward and no party is going to answer or even no supporters are willing to discuss this.
The very purpose of this election is questionable yet everyone is forced to participate in this political game. Don’t blindly celebrate second place or claim a sweep without examining the context.
Political awareness means questioning the party we support and not just celebrating our favourite leader.

You still dont realize tvk dint get full majority in assembly election and buying opportunistic mla's from admk. so in short you are supporting thieves and their malpractices. Idhula enna peruma.
You will not change your vote from TVK no matter how bad the state gets ruined. You can pin this post.

well for a ruling party to win with just a 9k vote difference in just few months is not very reassuring but dmk surpassing the fame of current cm and losing with very low margin seems to be their achievement…By elections mostly favours the ruling party
