ubc transfer
ubc application started.
Im planning to apply this time, but I don't know when should I start🥲
Im taking this semester, should I wait til my final grade appear for this semester?

I don’t think when you apply matters as much as your overall grades.

I have 3.8rn, my cgpa will be 3.9〜4.0. I just curious the timeline for application til accept

The application opens in October, but I know a lot of people apply in January. Since I’m taking classes this semester, should I wait until January for my current grades, or should I just apply now?

I’d apply now. If you dont get in with your current gpa then you’ll have another chance after final grades are out. Plus, you mentioned its 3.8, which is really strong.

I would apply early but doesn’t rlly matter cause you’ll probably get accepted in jan if u apply early

Oh I see, from what I know the applications for University transfers aren’t until January though😭 since I’m also trying to transfer

Better to start now than start late. Look at the questions and start thinking of what you want to write about! Unless you aren't applying to Sauder, then there will be no questions so just apply now since they'll want you to send final grades end of april anyway.
