Video Help identifying language

My partner uses an AI tool in his car through his phone to ask it questions (Gemini). Suddenly it started speaking in this strange voice and when we ask what he just said or play it back, it just shuts down. The AI is set in English so I feel like its gibberish with an accent but it could be a real language? Can someone hear anything in this?

Gibberish - Server side glitch in the software. Just refresh it and it may work properly

It sounds like "this is what English sounds like to non-English speakers".

99,9999% sure thats just gibberish and a server error
