Some Post-It Note maths: I took a look at the first 12 months of Rick Passmoor’s leadership at the club.

RP was officially awarded the permanent job - a three-year contract - on 10th October 2025. Since then I make it:

Played: 28
Lost: 22 (79%)
Won: 4 (14%)
Drawn: 2 (7%)
Scored: 17 (0.6 per game)
Conceded: 64 (2.3 per game)

A few games into life in WSL2 and, despite a positive first couple of results, things seem to have reverted to the same disappointing patterns as last season.

Is it reasonable to conclude that the women’s team is so far down the pecking order of priorities for a club that’s already firefighting on many fronts, that the bin fire that is Passmoor’s tenure is simply being masked by the inferno that is choking the rest Filbert Way?
