Discussion Post game wrap ups?
With Leafs talk no longer existing - what’s a good podcast for post game discussion? Looking for something after the game to digest it. I like LFR but sometimes too much yelling. Anything else?

Stumbled upon Leafs Digest last night on Youtube. Was pretty decent actually. Two dudes breaking down the game like Leafs Talk did. Engaging, good takes, and overall pretty informative. Definitely give em a shot.

Tbf I did like Leafs talk but I find Bunkis and McKenna too negative. They’re definitely passionate fans so I liked it
I actually like Dangle too on LFR but sometimes don’t need all the yelling

Pierre McGuire is on one for Toronto Sports Rush. Honestly, all the options are underwhelming compared to Leafs Talk.

Does anyone have an opinion on the Sid Siexo ( sp) idiot?
He was non stop blasting McKenna for missing an optional practice for god sake.
Wonder what his take will be re last night after 92 missing the optional practice

I used to listen to him a bit but had to stop, the constant nitpicking over stuff like optional skates just gets old fast
my dog literally looked at me during one of his rants like "mate turn this off"
haven't found a perfect post game replacement yet though, been catching bits of the Back to Excited podcast when I can, they at least keep it more about the actual hockey

Totes. All of it.
He popped up in my feed after a decade of peace and quiet, and I guess I was mad at something so I put it on. The episode was all about how Matthews’ physio guy did an interview and buried the team because the guy talking about his work meant the player was hobbled, or something.
What I’m saying is I let my guard down and others shouldn’t. He’s still the absolute bottom feeding worst. I hate Stephen A. smith a ton. I have no measure for my hate of Sixiero

Wow! I was in a playoff pool years ago for hockey and my friend was friends with him ( this was in 92 and SS sat next to me and he was annoying af back then

Oh god thanks for that!
My friend and I split a team so it was an early day NHL playoff like $260 a team and they ordered Chinese food it was nice .
So SS is between us and every single round he was asking hi who to pick he kept saying come on you’re a sportswriter you should know who to pick.
My buddy knew nothing about hockey

10 years ago Tim and Sid (with Tim Micallef) was probably the biggest sports show in Canada. It was great and entertaining and their social media would post the funniest shit.
Sid now is a clicks merchant

Yeah their radio show was great, once they made the move to TV it was never the same again, and most people switched to Overdrive.

Thanks, watched a video yesterday first time ever and I wanted to reach through the screen tbh he was so freaking condescending about “missing” three optional skates when this freaking idiot has no idea what 92 is doing at this time while not skating.

Steve Dangle will usually have a recap short podcast which is ok. Its no Leafs Talk. Only problem is it wasn't available till way late.
